Do you have helium balloons?
We do not currently offer helium balloons. We are focused on making balloons garlands that can be displayed a number of ways for your next event.
How long do balloons last?
Our air-filled balloons will last several days outside and even weeks when installed indoors. High temperatures and direct sunlight will affect the balloons when installed outdoors.
How far in advance should I book?
Each event is custom designed and takes time to plan and execute. Additionally, we order high quality balloons directly from a wholesaler as needed for each job to ensure balloons are of the best quality and have not been sitting in a warehouse. If booking within two weeks of your event, rush fees may be applied. To avoid such fees, it is best to contact us as soon as you know your event date and location.
Do you have a balloon store?
At the moment, we do not have a store front.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required to hold your event date and to place the order for your balloons with our wholesaler. A 50% booking fee is collected upon execution of signed contract. When booking within two weeks of your event, we reserve the right to collect 100% up front to cover rush fees that could be associated with your order.
How much do your balloon decorations cost?
The total cost of your balloon design depends the number of balloons to be used, location, complexity of install and travel time. Our minimum is $600 for all installations, including delivery and installation charges.
